incessant suffering wuhuhu

oh i my god! i cant believe how time really passes... as in, in a haste its now nearing 1 year since i and my ex broke up...sad part is no matter how time passes, i still cant make use of the saying time heals...maybe thats my burden. i believe that all people from all walks of life has/had/have their own burden they carry with, i think that it's just a matter of how they deal about it...like one of my dear friend told me that we dont become happy because everything is sailing smooth but we just learned to accept the fact that everyday we are faced with so many things on this earth that really sucks...but why is it so hard to accept and to be immersed with all these sufferings... still im in quandary....

exhausted as in

my day started at 6 am to prepare for my class at another university here in Baguio which i cross-enroled in for my shakespeare class which i needed to be able to graduate this march...at the cost of a great amount..believe it! anyway i think it is worth because of my instructor who have a reputable education at whhooaah schools here in the philippines and abroad, really impressing but i think he is gay but when asked, which i cannot believe because he was not offended at all, he told us blankly that he was not... okay i'll believe it then, that's why they call it gender preference right it is upon our discretion. our class lasted for 3 hours talking, discussing about a guy who died 400 years ago...but i think i have to live with it by now.our class composed of different types of person and age, i have a claasmate who is expecting to give birth come december, working students and scholars, lowlanders and native of the mountains of baguio...so at last it ended at about 10:30 so i went straight to my original school to do some legwork for our school paper which iam a photojournalist...then had my lunch with my friends...meet my staff for our year book and still many others which i already am tired of mentioning... so i think i deserve to be absent today in some of my classes to relax and this is one way of doing it...here is a story i got from my mail today The wedding

You are at the wedding...

You are a total Diva...

The best dress, a perfect hairdo...

You fall in love with an invited guest...

You get secret looks the entire night...

On the dance floor, he's by your side constantly, &he dances like a
God...

You are the couple of the evening...

The anticipated moment has arrived for all single women...

The bride is about to throw the bouquet...

You are first in line, in a strategic position...

Once there, you wait for the right moment...

You look at him sensually, and with your eyes you tell him...

If I catch the bouquet...I Will Marry You!

And then, the moment you've been waiting for...

The bride throws the bouquet...

He doesn't stop looking at you...

You jump like never before to catch the bouquet...

Your arms stretched out...

Your hands open...

And suddenly...

hmmmmm.....

ket anya ngarud maaramid ta...kasta talaga ti biyag

i know lots of you will react in a phrase now very popular because of the globe autoload commercial "diyak a maawatan"

few days ago i wrote about life's burden and how to deal with it...then i will just confirm... sometimes we are too pre occupied thinking about life's loopholes and finding ways to solve it... well im not telling that it is wrong to be like that, what iam saying is that we forget to take a look at the best things life can offer us...like little things that can make us happy... i wrote down suggested list of activities that i think will make us enjoy life in a minimal or no cost at all...(this is according to a survey i myself conducted with my buddies as correspondents)

1. window shop (just prepare youself not to be tempted by the things you look at or else prepare yourself for a week long litany from your mother because you abused your credit card extension..hehe)
2. go boating at burnham lake...of course only applied to those living here in baguio, it is nice at one point of your life to fell like a tourist in your own town, not to mention the thrill you'll be getting hiding from friends or those who know you to avoid them calling you tsimini or yaya having his/her day off.
3. eat street foods you'll be delighted at the many delicacies the street can offer you...although be careful if your immune system or gastric tolerance is not that tolerant... i just observed last week that everything now can be seen on a stick corn, bbQ, camote Q, hotdog, kikiam, fish ball and now doughnuts!!! what else is there to expect come the future human parts(ewwwe)
4. invite your friends at your place for a sleepover (which will turn out to be not a sleepover but just a nightover) do stuff like tarot reading, tong-its, tell spooky stories and the list goes on
5. sleeping my favorite...one of my instructor once said that sleeping is a real time for ourselves aside from eating of course...plus you've to dream more hehe

suggestions are welcome to help those creatures who are carrying all the loads on this earth has to offer

just a thought

between two evils...choose the lesser evil.

while i was reading one of my required readings(btw im a literature major) i came across with this saying.

here are some instances wherein you can apply this saying

1. prostituting yourself to feed your family
2. eating the hard bread than die starving
3. better cheat in exams than to repeat the subject
4. download research from the internet to beat your instructor's deadline than not to pass at all
5. better late than never
6. showimg off your F4 hanky in front of the public than showing off your mucus flowing down your nose
7. kill a cockroach when you're mad than killing a person
8. be absent in your religion class to attend rallies which of course for a greater cause
9. between fpj, roco, lacson and gma to whom would you give your vote.....hmmmm

any addition to these things mentioned are welcome

lose something for a cause (at powtang mamang traffic)

this is a busy week for Baguio peepz imagine a throng of tourist flocking in for the philippine ad congress plus this weeks opening of SM city Baguio whew! traffic will really detonate the bomb in you... not to mention of course the price i have to add... on regular days i only get to pay 30-35 pesos on getting myself to school on a taxi but this morning it reached 60 double the amount i usually shell out grrrrr, anyway...

one of my instructor told us that Baguio was designed by the americans only to accomodate 50, 000 people, but look at it now inhabited by nearly half a million people...so if the population and infrastructure will increase the city's waterbed will dry up and the land above it will definitely sink...and the city...sad...but true...will die.
then i remember one of the theories in my economics class the carrying capacity theory-which says that anything in excess should be thrown to sustain certain capacity... hmmmmm...the theory even gave us an example using a lofe boat which only has supplies only
for a certain capacity...so if the boat can only sustain 5 passengersand there were 6 of you..the excess will thrown out of the open sea......... then i reflected on the thought...what are the things i have in excess that are not that necessary(layo ng shifting hehehe)that i can lose for much cause/cost:

1. smoking and drinking? uhhmmm it maybe hard but...i....think...i ....can...........dududh.....do it.(there)
2. expensive perfumes...ok i canalways buy the cheaper ones although...ok
3. computer gaming and chatting........ill think it over
4. cofee breaks...mmmm after i graduate maybe
5. gadgets...ok coz i dont have anyasof the moment hehehe

what about you...

meet my impersonator(la lang tinatamad ako)

last thursday the formal opening of the ad congress was held here in baguio. president arroyo was invited to guest the said event so the the alliance of multi-sectoral orgs here in baguio who opposes the building of a casino in the city grabbed the oppurtunity to have a meeting with the president. through a link we managed to get in the Mansion, waited 2 hours for the president to see us...i was the only journalist that was able to get inside so i also took the chance of having an exclusive coverage (my shots are all over local newspapers)...while waiting i wandered around the structure really fit for a president... expensive paintings, enormous furnitures etc. and they say that we dont have enough money to house our poor countrymen sigh...then one of the mansion staff led us to banquet that awaits us, a feast of culinary delights was served, seafoods, fresh fruits...wow!...NO MONEY TO FEED OUR STARVING BROTHERS!

i'll be showing you my pix on my next post...

fpj is running

all media outfits foreign or local covered the announcement of the king of philippine movies to run for the highest post in the country...just like in the movies it has a drama with wife susan crying to spare her husband from all the bad coments (scares me though she looks like the former first lady...imelda), then last night i was watching dong puno live over the tv and each aspiring presidentiables were represented by their supporters and sort of advisers.roco was represented by promdi president john osmena who said that roco have the brains/competence to become a president. fpj was represented by fpjm president who said that fpj has the sincerity, honesty and the love for nation, ping lacson meanwhile will eliminate corruption in the govt and prioritize peace and order and gma on the otherhand will continue to boost its strong republic campaign...at the end of the show i was so confused of all the hoolaboolas...hmmm maybe ill just abstain as of the moment
